I myself know about the book I own it in the German language which I bought on a trip to Vienna. Found it very interesting but could not find really the translation of all the herbs etc in English. As Maria Treben clearly states treatments and herbs to use for each individual health problem, and giving precise instructions, which are easy to follow.Thru one can purchase all the Herbal oils tinctures and teas she suggests for healing .I am presently using the prescribed Herbal tea cream and oil for my problem . I also use the tincture she prescribes for my Eye problem, and so far I must say , the improvements are astounding and I am very pleased.Maria Treben wrote many books is translated in every language including in Japanese and Chinese. Best herbal book, instructions are clear, easy to follow. Lots of practical tips for many different maladies. I suffered for 6 months from osteoarthritis of my right knee and even the rheumatologist said there wasn't much he could do after the corrosive shot. He recommended starting to think about a knee replacement. My friend recommended this book. I got the book, started taking the Swedish Bitters in Stinging Nettle and Horsetail tea and applying it to the knee on a flannel cloth and within 1 week I woke up and the swelling had gone down completely. A lot less pain and no redness. I plan to continue this treatment because it worked for me.
